§1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual accessing or using this website (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your"), and zexapk, the operator of the website located at https://zexapk.cam (hereinafter referred to as "zexapk", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing, browsing or using the zexapk website in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. §5Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, zexapk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the following purposes:

• Accessing and reading the informational content, guides and reviews published on the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• Navigating the Platform's pages, including the About Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling and FAQ pages;

This licence does not include any right to download (other than standard browser page caching), reproduce, publish, modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Platform's Content without the prior written consent of zexapk.

§6Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with the Platform:

6. Misrepresenting any affiliation with zexapk, or using the zexapk name, brand or trademarks without express written permission;
7. Collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information from other users of the Platform without their consent;
8. Using the Platform in any manner that could damage the reputation, goodwill or commercial interests of zexapk.

zexapk reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to any prohibited conduct, including restricting or terminating access to the Platform and reporting conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

§7Intellectual Property

All Content on the zexapk Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial copy, game guides, bonus term explainers, graphics, logos, icons, layout and design elements — is the intellectual property of zexapk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

§8Disclaimers

8.1 Informational Purpose Only

§9Limitation of Liability

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, this does not supersede or override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani Laws that would otherwise apply. Pakistani Users are reminded that the legal status of online gambling activity under Pakistani Laws is subject to restriction and that compliance with Pakistani Laws remains the User's sole responsibility.
